Today is the Summer Solstice. ☀️

The longest day of the year. The most light. The clearest mirror.

And maybe the loudest reminder that most of us are still moving too fast to notice we’re being called back to ourselves… 😬

So tonight, I’m hosting something. A little bit selfishly, I’ll admit…

And, I know, I know… You’re probably thinking I’m just terrible at promoting these things. You’ve probably got plans…

I forgot to post about it. 🤳

I forgot to blast the invites. 📣

I forgot to funnel traffic or track opt-ins. 🤓

I kinda over all that stuff.
Healing to me is about community, connection, sound and story.

I let the music do the work: Heal. Reveal. Hold.

I call it Sonic Storywork. And tonight, Sonic Solstice Storywork.

A sound ceremony for anyone ready to stop chasing and start integrating.

Handpan. Breathwork. Maybe even some poems I’ve written.

It’s a full-body nervous system reset wrapped in sound vibration, so I guarantee if you decide you wanna check it out, you’ll sleep better tonight, literally. 😴
